Kaitlyn and Nick have deCIDERed to get engaged! Ah! What a sweet proposal that I was able to photograph! Nick popped the question this past winter at Ironbound Hard Cider in Asbury, New Jersey. Nick and I coordinated how he envisioned the proposal going. I arrived early to help him set the stage with red roses and rose petals. It was probably the windiest and bitter cold day of the winter, and silly me forgot my gloves. I am not sure how my fingers did not freeze onto the shutter button of my camera. Kaitlyn arrived with her family to enjoy a leisurely afternoon sipping on cider, when she was surprised to see her prince charming waiting to ask her a very important question. The look of shock and surprise on her face was simply priceless. Her family enjoyed a front row seat as did the rest of the visitors who applauded and cheered for the newly engaged couple. Celebratory cider was sipped by the firepits alongside family. Congratulations to this insanely sweet couple!
